At The Kashmir Walnuts (“we”, “us”, “our”), customer satisfaction is our priority. We follow a transparent and fair Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation may not be possible if:
- the order has already been handed over to the courier/shipping partner,
- the product has been packed/processed,
- or is in the final stages of dispatch.
- If cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed as per our refund timeline.
2. Non-Cancellable Items (Perishable Products)
Certain products cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped, including:
- Perishable food products
- Walnuts, dry fruits, saffron, edible items
- Fresh produce
However, if the product delivered is damaged, spoiled, expired, or of unsatisfactory quality, you may request a replacement or refund as per our quality assurance terms.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- a damaged item,
- a defective product,
- an incorrect product, or
- a product in poor condition,
You must notify our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
After receiving your request:
- Our team will verify the issue.
- You may be asked to provide photos/video as proof.
- Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued.
4. Product Not as Described / Quality Issues
If you believe the product received:
- is not as shown on our website,
- does not meet your expectations, or
- has quality issues,
You must report it within 7 days of receiving the order.
After reviewing your claim, our team will determine eligibility for return, replacement, or refund.
5. Manufacturer Warranty Claims
If the product carries a manufacturer warranty, any defect after delivery must be addressed directly with the manufacturer as per their warranty terms.
We will assist you with warranty details if required.
6. Refund Timeline (As per Razorpay Standards)
Once your cancellation or return request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Razorpay, UPI, card, wallet, net banking).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- banks,
- payment gateway processing times,
- or third-party settlement timelines.
7. Conditions for Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only if:
- the product is unused,
- the product is in its original packaging,
- all seals, labels, invoices, and accessories are intact.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for return/refund.
8. Final Decision
All refund, cancellation, and replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by The Kashmir Walnuts.
Our decision will be final to maintain fairness and quality standards.
