This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within India and internationally.
1. Shipping for Domestic Orders (Within India)
- All domestic orders are shipped through trusted and registered courier partners, such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post Speed Post, or other reputed logistics providers.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 0–7 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner’s network.
Generally, delivery may take 3–10 days after dispatch.
2. International Shipping
- International orders are shipped via registered global courier companies and/or Government International Speed Post.
- Delivery timelines vary by destination country and customs procedures.
- Costs, duties, and taxes applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.
3. Delivery Timelines & Delays
- We guarantee to hand over your order to the assigned courier partner within 0–7 days of confirmed payment.
- Delivery timelines are subject to:
- courier company operational capacity,
- weather conditions,
- COVID or natural disruptions,
- local restrictions,
- customs delays (for international orders).
The Kashmir Walnuts is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or customs agencies.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS update with your tracking number.
- You can check the real-time status of your order through the courier’s tracking portal.
- If you have not received tracking details within 7 days, please contact our support team.
5. Delivery Address
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
- Please ensure the address, pin code, and contact details are accurate.
- We are not responsible for:
- incorrect delivery due to wrong address entered by the customer,
- recipient unavailability, or
- delivery refusal at the location.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
An order may return to us (RTO) if:
- the customer is unreachable,
- address is incomplete/incorrect,
- the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts.
In such cases:
- Reshipping charges will be applicable.
- Refunds (if requested) will be issued after deducting shipping charges, including RTO fees.
