Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After this window, cancellations are not allowed as products are already processed for dispatch.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in cases of defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
- Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
- For COD orders, refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
