Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After this window, cancellations are not allowed as products are already processed for dispatch.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are applicable only in cases of defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
  2. Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
  4. For COD orders, refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
